1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the park super platform available at parksuper.app — whether by registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and park super.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and should not register an account. Continued use of parksuper.app after any published update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open a park super account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

Failure to provide requested documents in a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted until the verification process is completed.

Registration constitutes your confirmation that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Accounts opened with false information are subject to immediate closure without return of funds.

3 Account Responsibilities

Once your park super account is active, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your login credentials. This includes bets placed, bonuses claimed, deposits made and any communications sent through your account.

You must keep your password secure and must not share your login details with any other person. Park super staff will never ask you for your password through any channel — not via live chat, email, SMS or phone. If someone claims to be from park super and asks for your password, treat it as fraudulent contact and report it to support immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify park super support as soon as possible. Park super accepts no liability for losses resulting from shared or compromised credentials where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and contact number on your account are current. Park super uses these details for account notifications, security alerts and, where applicable, identity verification. Outdated contact information that causes delays in verification is the account holder's responsibility.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at park super — deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — deposits typically clear within seconds; withdrawals processed to your JazzCash wallet.
• Easypaisa — same-session deposit clearing in most cases; withdrawals sent to your Easypaisa account.
• Raast — instant bank-linked transfers available for eligible accounts.
• Bank Transfer — standard processing times apply; suitable for larger amounts.
• Debit/Credit Card — card deposits subject to standard processing timelines.
• Mobile Wallets — additional mobile wallet options may be available as listed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Park super reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but not wagered at all — or where the wagering pattern suggests the intent is to exploit a payment processing arrangement rather than to play — may be reviewed and restricted at park super's discretion.

Park super does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not held in your own name. Any funds received from third-party accounts may be returned, and the associated park super account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Park super offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits and tournament-specific promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 internationals and other major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are governed by these general terms alongside the specific bonus terms stated on each individual offer page under Promotions.

The following general rules apply to all park super bonuses unless a specific offer page states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified on the offer page. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal from a bonus-funded balance. The specific wagering multiple, eligible games and minimum odds are stated on each offer page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Only the amount remaining after the wagering requirement is fulfilled becomes withdrawable.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in all associated accounts being closed and bonuses voided.
• Park super reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and commenced wagering on a bonus at the time of cancellation will be allowed to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms.
• Bonuses are for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting with bonus funds or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts, is a breach of these terms.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The park super sports betting section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, ICC tournaments, Football, Esports and a range of other sports markets. All bets are placed in PKR and all winnings are credited to your park super balance in PKR.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the park super platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Park super reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. A manifest error includes obvious pricing mistakes that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the prevailing match situation. Park super reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time for any match without prior notice.
• For Cricket matches, if a match is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for a result (as per official tournament rules) is bowled, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific settlement rules for that market state otherwise.
• PSL match markets follow PSL official results. In the event of a super over, the super over result determines the match winner for betting settlement purposes.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event are displayed in the sports betting section. Bets placed that would result in winnings above the stated maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount.
• Park super reserves the right to restrict the betting markets, stake sizes or odds available to any individual account, particularly where patterns consistent with professional gambling or arbitrage are identified.

7 Casino and Game Rules

The park super Game Lobby includes over 500 titles spanning Slots, Crash Games, Table Games, Live Casino, Fishing Games and Arcade titles sourced from certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own published rules and the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is made available before play begins.

• All game outcomes on park super are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. Park super does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled according to the game's standard completion logic. If the game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on park super's side, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance.
• Crash game bets — including Aviator and similar titles — must be cashed out before the crash event occurs. Bets not cashed out before a crash are lost. No retrospective cashout requests will be accepted after a crash event.
• Live Casino games are operated by third-party providers and are subject to the rules displayed within each live game table. Park super accepts no liability for decisions made by live dealers operating within the published rules of the relevant game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. Players must stay within the stated limits for each game session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the park super platform. Engaging in any of these activities — whether individually or in coordination with others — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure:

• Opening or operating more than one park super account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that is not held in your own name.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play casino games or interact with the platform in a manner not available through the standard user interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or errors in pricing to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error may be voided.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinating bonus use with other players or using betting patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Collusion with other players to influence game or match outcomes.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive language towards park super staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Park super reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8.
• At the account holder's own written request — a voluntary self-exclusion or account closure request submitted through support.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, park super reserves the right to void any bonus balances and to withhold pending withdrawals pending a full review of account activity. Where winnings are determined to have been generated through fraudulent or prohibited activity, those winnings will be voided.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method after identity verification is completed.

Players may request voluntary account closure or a self-exclusion period at any time by contacting park super support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as soon as practically possible and are not reversible within the self-exclusion period selected.

10 Limitation of Liability

Park super provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the team works to maintain continuous uptime, park super does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates and circumstances outside park super's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, park super's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

• Park super is not liable for losses arising from the player's own decisions, including bet placement decisions, game choices or financial management decisions made while using the platform.
• Park super is not liable for losses resulting from the player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Park super is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service outages that are outside park super's direct control.
• Park super is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits park super's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data

Park super collects and processes personal data provided during registration and account use — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and betting activity — for the purposes of operating the platform, processing transactions, completing identity verification and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Personal data is handled in accordance with park super's Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the agreement between you and park super and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.

• Park super does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
